Privacy policy

This policy explains how the personal data you provide through the forms on gestionamostusfincas.com is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
The data you give us in each form: name, phone, email and the details of your request (for example, type of property, town, budget, size or number of homes in your building). We also record technical details of the submission: date and time, page of origin, language and campaign source. To prevent abuse, your IP address is used temporarily and in encrypted form to limit the number of submissions and is discarded after 10 minutes; it is not stored with your request.
We do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not include them in free-text fields.
3. What we use it for
- To handle your request: putting you in touch with a property professional who can help you rent, buy, sell, manage your rental, value your property or manage your building.
- To follow up your request and check it has been handled.
- To protect the website against automated submissions and abuse.
We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you, nor do we create profiles for that purpose.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, to process your data and share it with the partner agency. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before.
- Taking pre-contractual steps at your request, when you ask for a service or a quote.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
5. Who we share your data with
To handle your request, your data is shared with the partner property agency, registered in the Catalan Register of Real Estate Agents (AICAT), with an office at Granollers (Vallès Oriental). The agency will contact you and process your data as controller to provide the service you contract.
If you take out guaranteed rent, the necessary data will be shared with SEAG (Sociedad Española de Alquiler Garantizado) to assess and manage the plan, always informing you beforehand.
Our providers of web hosting, automation and request logging, internal messaging alerts, anti-spam security (Cloudflare) and, if you accept analytics cookies, measurement (Google) also access the data, solely to provide their services to us and under a data processing agreement.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
While your request is being handled and, at most, 24 months from your last contact if no service is contracted. After that it is blocked for the legal periods during which liabilities may be claimed and is then deleted. If you withdraw your consent or ask for deletion, we will stop processing it unless legally required.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the email in section 1 with a copy of your ID or an equivalent means of proving your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.cat).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data, secret keys between systems and backups.
